The allergens to avoid are Dairy (like milk, cheese), Eggs (found in baked goods, sauces), Peanuts (in sauces, snacks), Tree Nuts (almonds, cashews), Soy (tofu, soy sauce), Wheat (bread, pasta), and Shellfish (shrimp, crab).
What are some Suggested Alternatives for these allergens?
Rice is always a good alternative. Please do not bring processed ingredients.
Any Additional Tips for Clean Eating Dishes?
