What are some Suggested Alternatives for these allergens?

Use plant-based milks for Dairy, chia or flaxseeds for Eggs, seeds for Peanuts and Tree Nuts, soy-free products and coconut aminos for Soy, gluten-free grains for Wheat, and other proteins for Shellfish.
