College is a chance for you to start fresh. You get to learn and grow in ways that will amaze you. You get to write your own story and find the one true you.

I feel this experience is an incredibly important time in a person's life and that's why I am offering discounted coaching sessions to college students. 🙂

Together, you and I will work to make sure your time management skills are well developed and your method of studying is aligned with your natural talents.

As a student, you have the opportunity every day to search for patterns in your actions, learn from them and use them to make the most of your life experiences, now and in the future. To do that, you need a solid understanding of where and when you’re at your best: your strengths.

Referencing the book, CliftonStrengths for Students, we'll identify the best way for you to learn and study and begin to look for opportunities to reach your full potential.

We will work in 60-minute sessions via ZOOM, scheduled as you desire.

We will come up with a daily life strategy that best matches your unique talents using the following tools:

  • CliftonStrengths
  • Listening Sessions
  • Morning Pages Journaling
  • Habit Trackers
  • Time Management Tools

My goal is for you to truly understand yourself (strengths, weaknesses, and all) and be able to show up to class as the best version of who are now. I look forward to getting to know that person!
