In life, we all embark on a unique journey, filled with twists and turns that shape us into who we are today. I want to share with you a story, my story, one of resilience, self-discovery, and the profound mission that has become the guiding force of my life.
As I reflect on my path, I am reminded of the words of Abraham-Hicks, which have become a source of inspiration and guidance for me: “Be satisfied with where I am and be eager for more.” This mantra has encouraged me to not only appreciate my personal nature and foundation but also to embrace the continuous evolution of my being.
I am a 60-year-old woman who, in her early years, was extremely shy. Yet, even in the quietest moments, I found solace in solving math problems and puzzles. I discovered the joy of creating tangible things, whether they were craft items, meals, or a newly redecorated bedroom. My childhood was marked by constant change as my father’s career led our family to move every few years. Adapting to new environments became second nature, and I learned the art of “reinvention.”
One pivotal moment was when I moved from Minnesota to Massachusetts during my Junior year in high school. Instead of shying away, I embraced the challenge and took on the role of editor of the school’s small newspaper, earned a place on the student council, and even became part of a record-breaking high jump trio on the school track team. This experience taught me the power of resilience and adaptability.
My journey continued as I pursued not just one, but two science degrees at Tufts University. I landed an internship and later a job at a prestigious science think tank, a testament to my determination and drive. I went on to become a mother of four healthy children, overcoming a battle with cancer along the way.
I made the courageous choice to leave my 16-year career to raise my children as a stay-at-home mom, facing the stress and loneliness that can accompany this role. Eventually, I decided to end a broken marriage and embarked on the journey of rebuilding myself once again. I found love in a growth-oriented partner and navigated the transition of launching my children into adulthood.
The road was not without its challenges. Life threw curveballs in the form of life-threatening medical and emotional issues, especially during the COVID era. But through it all, I clung to hope and faith, emerging more resilient each time.
Today, I stand before you, full of wisdom and desire, ready for my next big adventure. I’ve learned that gaining traction isn’t just about moving forward; it’s also about acknowledging the progress we’ve already made. My wheels are on the track, and I must recognize it.
Abraham-Hicks reminds us of a simple truth: we are source energy, and our journey in this physical body is an opportunity to align with our unique vortex. When we do, it’s a feeling of productivity, satisfaction, goodness, and joy.
To connect with my vortex and stay focused on my desires, I’ve committed to doing morning pages. I’ve also chosen a tangible amulet—a cairn of small stones—to remind me of my personal nature and my foundation.
My mission in life, as revealed through introspection and guidance from the universe, is to facilitate communion and bring together a diverse set of human beings with shared higher goals. I am more than a networker; I am an organizing force in a cosmic sense.
I believe that my inner vision can unite key elements of human communities, particularly family and money. I see business as a key means of supporting entire communities rather than just individuals. My purpose is to challenge the old hierarchical thinking that controls our world and replace it with a higher model based on synthesis.
My journey has taught me that each step, no matter how small, leads us closer to our cosmic purpose. It’s about embracing change, nurturing resilience, and staying aligned with our vortex. It’s about finding joy and satisfaction in the journey itself.
I invite you to embark on your own journey of self-discovery, to connect with your inner vision, and to recognize the power of giving and goodwill. Together, we can create a world where our shared higher goals bring us closer to unity and harmony.
Thank you for being part of my journey, and I look forward to continuing this cosmic adventure with you.
With gratitude and purpose,
Coach Kat
