As the holiday season picks up, I’m doubling down on my wellness routine with a few simple yet powerful rituals that help me stay balanced, energized, and at ease. Here’s how I “Sip, Stretch, and Shine” my way through the season:

Sip: Nourishing Supplements Made Simple

Every day starts with a sip of something refreshing and nourishing. I make an easy, nutrient-packed drink that’s as enjoyable as it is beneficial.
